Well, the lunar eclipse tonight was a total bust - I couldn’t tell any difference at all. But Jupiter - wozers - all four big moons were clearly visible . Io, Ganymede, Europa and Cal listo exactly as Galileo Galilei first saw them in 1610 - pretty nifty, eh?

We were also disappointed. I thought my son got the time wrong until I checked and discovered that it really was happening right then.
That shot if Jupiter is really neat. My first thought was that you caught the star link constellation crossing the moon.
